1-on-1 mentoring and coaching
The fast-tracked journey of our Pathway Program offers a range of benefits, including mentorship and coaching. These are 1-on-1 calls candidates have with one of Alium Works’ successful career mentors or one of our experienced team. During these mentorship and coaching sessions, candidates are encouraged to discuss their goals, what they need to improve on, and seek advice.
Our established program offers up to 200 hours of outstanding mentoring by industry experts over a 12-month period. This allows cadets to come to you armed with more experience and the mindset to achieve more than they ever thought possible.
