In his role as a mentor, Clive develops and delivers training, coaching, and mentoring services to Alium Works’ cadets and employers. He has over 40 years of senior experience in the construction, building, and infrastructure industries. This includes 27 years as a safety professional, during which time he lived and worked across three different continents. Clive contributes to skill and career development in the rail and construction sectors. He enjoys guiding and supporting new cadets as they begin their careers and grow their skills
