Who is Alium Works?
Alium Works is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45669), providing high-quality rail and construction training to learners in Australia. We’re also safety and project management consulting experts who work with employers and job seekers to bridge the skills gap.
How are you different to rail and construction recruiters?
We offer host companies a distinct advantage in the talent “arms race” by accrediting and mentoring motivated, forward-thinking individuals and readying them for Work Health & Safety roles within the rail industry and beyond.
Our strategies are proactive, rather than just “filling a role”, we offer a unique Pathway Program and Cadetships to grow future leaders with the support of our professional mentors, structured training, and online skills training.

Our cadetship program allow you to attract, upskill and keep quality candidates with rail and construction, training and consulting support.
What is the Pathway Program?
Alium Works’ Pathway Program is a non accredit training, coaching and mentoring program for success, developed for the rail and construction industries. Its delivered online through weekly live masterclasses.
This program is scalable to suit the needs of your organisation, which means you can enrol one, or a group of your employees.
Do you offer additional support?
Our consulting services allow you to gain extra support from our team of rail and construction industry experts with project management, safety, and training and development.
You can access expert rail and construction industry support on an ad-hoc or ongoing basis.
